Born Without A Beat: The Journey of a Deaf Raver (2009)
Once upon a time, a van-full of filmmakers missioned across to Holland (and back) in 36 hours, to attend the Biggest Deaf Party in Europe.
None of us could sign, and our beautiful subject, Lenny,
could not hear us, so we embarked on a communication mission of epic proportions,
as we try to understand what life would be like without music,
and what would happen if there were a way to get it back.
View the strangest whirlwind of drum and bass,
smell DJs & VJs & Luminous Signing Gloves as Olly Riley-Smith's Documentary opens up a world that many of us rarely entertain.
