This effective innovation is elaborate in collaboration with associations of deaf persons and the co-operative company of collective interest Websourd, like with associations Iris (= Institute Research on the Involvements of Sign language ) and Interpretis, and the Association of the Mayors of the Large Towns of France. With the town hall, with the counter of the Administrative Formalities, two services from now on are proposed to the deaf and deaf people, 200 in Toulouse:
* Translation of the steps in French Sign Language (LSF)

* The use of a system of video translation via Internet
A deaf person presents herself.
